Tract Description: This tract is bordered by the Old 15th Rd. (tar & gravel), Cool Branch, Big Creek, three tracts of private property and U.S. Forest Service land . . The elevation of our land is between 1600 and 1900 feet above sea level. We will sell this tract of mountain land in small parcels or the entire tract. The price ranges from $5,000 to $10,000 per acre, depending on the size of the tract purchased. I will owner finance with $2,200.00 per acre down and balance at 10% over 15 years. We are presently remodeling the house and plan to sell it later with or without additional land. We are located 2 miles from Christy Mission. This is where the TV series Christy was suppose to have taken place.

We do most of our shopping in Newport. There are several grocery stores, Wal-Mart and other stores. We have Lowe's Home Centers in Newport, Sevierville and Morristown. There are several large shopping centers and factory outlet stores in Morristown, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, TN and Asheville, NC
